Hello and welcome to Wicklow Boxercise Boxercise is a sport based on the exercises that boxers use to keep fit, but does not involve actually hitting anyone (or being hit). The sport offers a way for people of all ages(16yrs and up) and fitness levels to benefit from the fitness that boxing can bring.
