Bee Flanagan is a Life and Business Coach, Youth Coach and qualified trainer. Bee established her coaching business in 2010, working with clients on a one to one basis and also in groups delivering workshops and seminars in several areas of personal development and positivity. While doing this work Bee saw a niche in the area of personal empowerment and life skills for teenagers and young adults. This resulted in the development of PALS Programme which Bee now delivers to educational establishments, multinational organisations and corporate businesses. Bee has over 20 years experience in management leading, motivating and encouraging individuals, teams and groups. Recently appointed as Deputy Head of Ireland for the International Institute of Coaching, Bee also has knowledge and experiencing using NLP, psychotherapy and counselling. Continuously upskilling and gaining knowledge, Bee also has full Garda clearance and Child Protection certification. PALS Programme - Positive And Assertive Life Skills Programme.

Established in the year 2000, Convergence is Ireland’s longest running sustainable living festival. For more than a decade this unique programme of events has celebrated community resilience and social inclusion while championing the changes needed to create a sustainable economy, society and built environment. Cultivate in Cloughjordan Cultivate's Cloughjordan branch reaches out to rural communities and runs courses and events working closely with The Ecovillage. Cultivate in Dublin Cultivate's wide range of experience has been accumulated through running our former centres in Temple Bar and nearby at The Greenhouse. Cultivate has acted as a meeting place and incubator for a wide variety of sustainability organisations since 2003, while our drop-in facility has provided comprehensive information on sustainability issues to the general public. Cultivate has formed a key role in furthering the profile of sustainability in Ireland and has enjoyed support from all sectors, offering a space for businesses, NGOs, CSOs, Government and grassroots organisations to share perspectives and to work together. More about Cultivate Established in 2000, Cultivate has played a key role in furthering the profile of sustainability in Ireland over the past decade through the research, development, sourcing and publishing of both online and printed informational resources, education programmes and networking events. With offices in Dublin and Cloughjordan, offering both urban and rural reach, the organisation has built an unrivalled nationwide network of partners working in the Green Economy. This network was strengthened and expanded most recently through the 2010-2011 Green Works programme which brought together industry experts, entrepreneurs and educators from across the country to provide Green Economy training to more than 1800 jobseekers. The organisation also has significant experience in organising networking events through its annual Convergence Festival and Global Green @ Electric Picnic. Other important events in our work programme include a 2-day green business showcase entitled Working the Green Economy, a one-day Green Building Forum and one-day conference Rethinking the City for design professionals. In addition, Cultivate operates a co-working space for green entrepreneurs in its Dublin centre, as well as hosting Éasca, Ireland's Ecological and Sustainable Construction Association, and PHAI, the Passive House Association Ireland. Cultivate has produced many information packages over the years from the original printed Source Book, a guide and directory of green businesses and sustainability organisations operating in Ireland, to the Powerdown Show, a 10 part TV show exploring community responses to global energy and climate problems which has been broadcast in Ireland and internationally. A recent project has been to research and write a Green Strategy to assist Offaly Local Development Company in launching local enterprise and employment initiatives. UCD Student Centre caters for the needs of a large and diverse student body and acts as a centre for non-academic services vital to student life. The centre, which was funded by the students of UCD, at all times has the interests of the student body at heart and continually strives to provide students with a rounded, high quality student experience. At its heart, the Student Centre was designed to provide a break out space for students to relax, which is reflected in the spacious atrium and concourse area which lies at the centre of the building. This space is furnished with comfortable couches, allowing students to relax amidst the hussle and bussle of campus life. The large concourse area also doubles as space for wine receptions, lunch time concerts and many more events. The Student Centre itself provides an extremely versatile space to run a wide array of events and functions ranging anything from small intimate meetings of 5 -8 people up to conferences of 600 people. The Student Centre is also used to host other events such as conferrings, full scale musical productions, banquet dinners and examinations for a maximum capacity of 240 people. Housed within the Student Centre are a large number of services including a medical centre and a pharmacy as well as a Ticket Master and a small kiosk. As regards food outlets, the Student Centre contains the excellent Café Brava, which provides a self-service buffet offering a wide variety of food from across the world as well as offering full catering services. In addition there is the Grind sandwich bar, which offers students a healthy and convenient option throughout the day
