East Cork Taekwon-Do Carrigtwohill is run my Mr.Richard Forde (over 13 years experience). Our club is located in Carrigtwohill Industrial Estate (opposite Aldi). The club is located in Unit 5 (Acro Gymnastics Club). We cater for male and female kids 3 years old to 12 years old specifically. Our classes are structured to deliver a professional, friendly and modern structure to ITF Taekwon-Do. Each new member commences training at their own pace, with encouragement and motivation from our instructors. Classes will have an emphasis towards participation, practical self defense techniques, raising childrens safety awareness levels based on common sense pointers and helping them with their self esteem and self confidence, co-ordination, discipline,exercise and concentration levels as well as making new friends.
