La Sirena Malahide
La Sirena opened in November 2010 and is owned by Aoife Long and Colin Ring.
Beautifully situated on the seafront in Malahide with views over the marina, La Sirena strives to dispel the misconceptions about over-spiced and stodgy 'Tex-Mex' cuisine by offering only fresh, sustainable, and flavoursome dishes that are rooted in authentic Mexican culture and it's rich culinary history.
At La Sirena, you will experience specialties from the northern regions of Baja to the southern states of Oaxaca and the Yucatan and everywhere in-between. Chefs prepare everything freshly in-house from the Sour Cream (Crema) to the delicate and complex Salsas and sauces using Chiles, spices, and herbs imported directly from Mexico. To compliment the Mexican pantry, La Sirena only uses the finest locally produced meats, seafood, and vegetables.
