Only graduates from the approved NFQ Level 8 Pharmacy courses of RC005 (The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland), TR072 (Trinity College, Dublin) and CK703 (University College, Cork) may successfully apply for membership with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

St Johns College, Ballyfermot

St. John's College De La Salle is an all-male secondary school in Ballyfermot, South Dublin in Ireland, the longest serving secondary school in the area. The school is run by the De La Salle Christian Brothers. St. John's College is partially funded by the Department of Education and Skills. The school offers the full six years of secondary level academic study. 1st year and 2nd year is divided into 4–5 classes. Each class has the average number of 23 students. In 3rd year, students are arranged into different classes, from highest to lowest in academic ability. The college offers an optional 4th Year (Transition Year) Programme established sice 2013. In 5th year, students are divided into a two-year programmes called Leaving Certificate or Leaving Certificate Applied or Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme. Students have the choice to pick one of these programmes. In 6th year, these programmes remain the same.Like every school around the country, it has In House and State Exams. In December all students must participate in the Christmas Exams. These exams usually take place on 15 December. Around 28 March every 3rd and 6th year student sits Pre-Junior Certificate Examinations or the Pre-Leaving Certificate Examinations. This exam does not count for the actual Junior Certificate Examination or Leaving Certificate Examination, but it is dealt like the actual actual exam. On 27 May up to 3 June 1st, 2nd and 5th year students are put up to their last exam of the academic year, the In House Summer Exams, each student must achieve a minimum pass in these exams to progress onto the next year. When these exams are over, the Junior Certificate Examinations and Leaving Certificate Examinations are held in the school on 10 June. The current Principal is Ann - Marie Leonard and the current Deputy Principal is Adrienne Murphy.

National College of Ireland offers full and part-time courses from foundation to degree and postgraduate level. All courses are delivered from the IFSC campus and across a network of regional centres. The college's specialist areas include business, computing, human resource management, accountancy and finance. In 2011, the college celebrated its 60th anniversary.HistoryIn 1951 the National College of Ireland started out as The Catholic Workers College in Sandford Lodge, Ranelagh. Founded by Fr. Edward Coyne S.J., others involved in the college in its initial years included Professor Thomas A. Finlay S.J., and Rev. Edmund Kent S.J. among others.Lectures were led by a handful of dedicated Jesuits two nights a week, with 103 registered students in the first year. Within 10 years, student numbers had dramatically increased. Links with trade unions deepened, as did formal collaborations with employer and management groups.By 1966, nearly 1,300 students from trade union and business management backgrounds were learning together at the re-branded National College of Industrial Relations (NCIR).In 1976 the college achieved recognition by the states National Council for Educational Awards (NCEA), the forerunner of HETAC, for a number of its programmes.The college again re-branded as the National College of Ireland (NCI) in 1998, with an expanded National Campus Network, and an array of outreach programmes across the country.As the College continued to grow, the land and buildings at Sandford Road were transferred by the Jesuits to the NCI Board of Management.

The Milltown Institute of Theology and Philosophy is an institution of higher education and research, located in Dublin, Ireland. Milltown is run by the Jesuits and is located in Milltown/Ranelagh in Dublin. Since 1997 it has been a recognised college of the National University of Ireland, under the 1997 Universities Act, the Irish government removed the ban on the NUI awarding degrees in Theology which had stood since its foundation and its predecessor the Royal University of Ireland. The Ecclesiastical Faculty at Milltown is also a Pontifical Athenaeum. The Irish School of Ecumenics is located at the Milltown Park site.

It is located within the Business & Technology Park on Blanchardstown Road North, about 15 km from Dublin City and close to the N3 (Navan Road).ITB provides full-time and part-time higher education courses in Applied Social Studies, Business, Computing, Digital Media, Engineering, Horticulture, Languages, Social and Community Development, Sports Management and Early Childhood Care & Education at higher certificate, ordinary degree, honours degree and Master's Degree levels.GovernanceThe Regional Technical Colleges (Amendment) Act 1999 and the Institute of Technology Act 2006 was enacted by the Oireachtas in July 1999. This Act puts the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown on the same statutory footing as the twelve other Institutes of Technologies in Ireland already operating under the Regional Technical Colleges Acts 1992 and 1994. The institute also operates under the Qualifications (Education and Training) Act,1999 and the Institutes of Technology Act 2006.Delegated AuthorityITB achieved delegated authority in 2006 and has the authority to award qualifications (on behalf of HETAC)) to those completing courses up to Level 9 of the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ).
