What is TaeKwon-Do (TKD)?
Literally translated it means “the Art of Hand and Footâ€. It is much more than this though; it is a martial art with many different aspects of training that has benefits for young and old alike. It is a sport, a Martial Art, a way of life and a tool for social development.
What can TKD do for me?
1. At its simplest TKD is a great and enjoyable form of exercise.
2. It will help to eliminate stress and tension caused by work, exams and our environment.
3. Through TKD training you will gain the knowledge and confidence to defend yourself.
4. You will make great friends and form bonds with people that will last a lifetime
