I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, I studied with Leisure Industry Academy Blackrock. Health and Fitness has always been extremely important to me, so I wanted to use my passion to help others feel good about themselves and keep active and healthy. My aim is to help clients reach their goals and stay motivated. I am a fully registered exercise professional with E.R.E.P.S
My current qualifications/studies are:
EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer Plus:
On top of the normal PT Certificate I gained the following modules :

And I have also studied Functional Movement Screen (FMS) with LIA.
This year I plan on completing many more courses so I can bring new challenges to my clients.
I am also qualified and experienced in Holistic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Onsite Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Hopi Ear Candling. I am very passionate about holistic therapies; I love the effects on clients and the many ways these therapies improve their lives. I am always looking to develop new skills, so I have also completed advanced massage techniques classes in Walmer Holistic College.

People think they need to do lots of cardio in order to lose fat. Cardio alone burns fat but also burns away muscle. Weight training builds muscle, which in turn burns fat! So long after the session is finished, while your lying in bed or sitting at your desk, fat is still being burnt..amazing stuff eh?... This along with a healthy diet is what people should be working on. I am hoping to encourage people to stop counting calories and start consuming them (the right kind obviously). We also need to stop obsessing over the weighing scales! Muscle weighs more than fat after all!
Also most girls I have spoken to are so afraid of weight training. They think they will bulk up and look like a bodybuilder. I am hoping to share some facts and bust some of these myths!
