a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build up strength, flexibility, joint stability, tone and fitness. All exercises are performed at each individual ability.
Tone Zone
suitable for all levels of fitness. Class concentrates on those problem areas, tummy, hips, thighs, not forgetting arms, chest and back. This class consists of floor based exercises which will increase flexibility and tone up the whole body. Tone Zone is one of our most popular class and can be found in abundance on our class list.
Tae-Bo

Fitball
this class engages your inner core, tummy and lower back muscles. Just by sitting on the ball your core muscles are engaged. The Fitball isn't just for tummies; you can use the ball for a full boy workout. It involves numerous exercises on the ball with some use of light hand weights. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It's a super way to add new ideas to your program by learning new exercises on the Fitbal.
Step
this for of aerobic exercise is dynamic, challenging and truly high intensity at low impact. Class involves stepping on and off benches while simultaneously performing upper body movements. An excellent workout for all levels. Step provides a strong cardiovascular workout. And for those of you keen to step but that have never tried it before, why not do Slow Step class?
Spinning
a revolutionary new bicycle training technique, which has gained immense popularity. The technique requires cycling and stationary bike, under the direction of a trained instructor to music in a group setting. The Spinning program keeps your mind engaged while vigorously challenging your body. It's excellent fat burner and cardiovascular workout.
Stretch & Relax
a class combinig the flow of movements of Yoga and the core technique of pilates. This class will give you amazing results as stronger and more flexible body. It will improve your posture, relax the abs and reduce the stress.

Aerolight
a low impact aerobic class with a wide variety of aerobic movements.
Slim and Trim
a slow moving low impact aerobic class using light hand weights to tone the upper body and increase calorie burning as you work. A great workout without the pressure on your joints.
Personal Training
Personal training is one to one class where the gym instructor demonstrates, explains and supervises each exercise to ensure the correct technique and help achieve the best results you want. Personal training session lasts 30 or 60 minutes
