The Quilt Shop Tuam sells a large range of patchwork cotton fabric in a beautiful range of colours. We stock Kona Cotton, over a 100 different Batiks, blenders, prints, panels, fleece and flannel from manufactures that include Moda, Art Gallery, Marcus Brothers, RJR, Blend, Anna Griffin, Bluehill, Robert Kaufman and many more. We also stock various types of wadding from €6.50 a yard, Aurifil thread, Schmetz machine needles and John James hand sewing needles, tools, books and notions. Additionally we hold classes in our custom designed shop. Our classes run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10 to 12 and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 8 to 10. We cater for both machine and hand sewers. We charge €10 for the two hour class, payable up front for 5 week blocks at a time.
