Trinity College Dublin, founded in 1592, is Ireland’s oldest and most internationally renowned university. The School of Law which was established in 1740 is ideally located in the College’s historical campus in the city centre, close to the courts, Oireachtas (parliament), museums and galleries.
The School is home to one of Ireland's leading legal periodicals, the Dublin University Law Journal, and to the Trinity College Law Review published by the student members of the College's Law Society. Graduates and former members of staff include The Hon. Ms Chief Justice Susan Denham, Chief Justice of Ireland, Chancellor of Trinity College Dublin and former Presidents of Ireland, Mary Robinson and Mary McAleese as well as South African Minister for Education Professor Kader Asmal and members of the Judiciary.
We offer five undergraduate degree programmes in

4. Law and Business and
5. Law and Political Science
Three postgraduate taught degrees,

2. Master in Laws in International and Comparative Law) and
3. Master in Laws in International and European Business Law)) and

We attract students of the highest calibre and have a student population of approximately 700 undergraduates and 150 post-graduates.
