We are available for SUP taster sessions, tuition, groups/parties, tours, fitness and hopefully the addition of Yoga and Down winders later in the year. We will be available all year round, the only thing that will stop us is wind. Discount for larger groups available on request.

Skibbereen Sports Centre is a community run project based in the Gortnaclohy area of Skibbereen at the top of town. We have a fully equipped gym, a large main hall, an exercise area and four outdoor tennis courts. Membership is €70 per year but there are concessions for students, unemployed and part time workers and those of you that are now retired. there is a charge of just €2 per gym visit and there is more information on our website.

Go 4 Fitness will be starting both Aerobic and Circuit classes in the coming weeks at venues in Skibbereen and Castlehaven.
