Bike Fit iBike provide a bike fitting service, a correct bike fit will improve efficiency and comfort and more importantly will reduce the possibility of a cycling related injury. Bike fits take between 60 and 90 minutes and appointments can be made on Mondays Coaching iBike turbo training classes using Tacx Bushido turbos can cater for up to 20 cyclists and work on a structured format working on strength, endurance and speed intervals. Technique improvement is also improved.
