Classes accommodate all levels of fitness and are suitable for both males and females looking for a fun, challenging way to get fit, lose weight whilst learning the art of Thai Boxing. We have links to other Muay Thai clubs, so this class is also for anyone interested in developing and fighting at an amateur/professional level. The classes provide a mix of cardio workout, muscle strengthening and flexibility, core/abdominal exercises, Muay Thai combination pad work and Muay Thai sparring techniques.

Chic Boutique has been dressing the ladies of Kerry and beyond for the last thirty years. This well established boutique is now recognised as one of Irelands leading boutiques. The Kerry Design Studio, which is situated upstairs at Chic Boutique is both a show case and a work space for established and emerging Irish designers. Currently stocking Linda Wilson Knitwear, jewellery by Victoria Foutz, vintage bags by Hope & Benson and an exquisite vintage collection by Rachel Mackay.
