Jason O'Ceannobhain was born in Dublin 1982. He practiced painting and sketching from an early age and started his career with his first exhibition at the age of fourteen. Through his studies at Ballyfermot Collage, he received a B.A. degree in art and animation and focused his career on fine art. As an Irish wildlife enthusiast, Jason's work is greatly inspired by Ireland's country scenery and native animals. He collects his research through field work photography across the country and, through his solo and group exhibitions, quickly became popular for his wildlife and landscape studies. Jason's work has been displayed in numerous shows and galleries and was commissioned to present a painting to former president Mary McAleese.
