The Vault The “Vault” Youth Project is based at Burrin St and is funded by the Young People’s Facilities and Services Fund through Co. Carlow V.E.C. This is a Youth Centre that has many services available to young people of secondary school age including a Drop-In facility, Comhairle Na nÓg and music programmes. The Vault is a dedicated safe space for young people to engage in and act as an alternative to substance misuse.
