Knitted Treasures
Knitted Treasures offers a wide variety of craft items, art, gifts and new and good as new clothing. Our claim to fame is our award winning knitwear items. Babies, childrens and adults items can be made to order. Some items are available ready made. We have an extensive range of knitting wool that is available on our website, www.knittingtreasurescarrickonshannon.yarnshopping.com. If you can't find what you are looking for on there, it probably isn't available anywhere. We also stock a selection of costume, natural stone and bridal jewellery, including tiara and hair decorations. All of our clothing is either brand new or has only been worn once or twice. The clothing is not sourced from the local area so you wont have seen anyone wearing it before.
We offer knitting classes for both adults and children. Male and female students are welcome. Our Craft & Cackle club is a great place to be on a Tuesday between 11am and 1pm. You can bring along your current piece of knitting, drawing or any other craft and share your work, ideas, patterns and all the gossip, if you like, with other like minded people. This is FREE and refreshments are provided. There is a charge for knitting classes. We also have a kids craft club on a Saturday from 11am to 2pm. Children from the age of 5yrs are welcome to attend and create a masterpiece or just get messy. A small charge applies.
