Alternatively, take a moderate guided walk from the Ireland's highest mountain pass, the Conor Pass to the heart of Dingle town. Dingle town is the ideal shopping point for distinctively different gifts. Pop into the craft market on Green Street or visit the food market on Holyground offering a choice of locally produced cheeses, jams, meats and cakes. For children and families, follow the Treasure Hunt beginning at Cosaí on the Strand, visit Santa in Dingles Oceanworld while watching the Antarctic Penguins waddle around and swim in the pool, or follow Molly the Turtle as she glides amongst the sharks. Pop onto the Festive horse and trap and enjoy the magical trip around the small busy streets. Join the historical Fife and Drum Band as they lead the Children's Parade of lanterns in song to switch on the Festive lights of the town.
