The Paddy Harrington Golf Scholarship programme offers amateur golfers of international standard the opportunity to pursue their golfing career whilst undertaking an internationally recognised degree course from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. The golf scholarship programme aims to provide a platform for golfers to achieve their golfing and academic potential. At NUI Maynooth, we promote individual golfing excellence and development, while representing the University at national and international collegiate level. Our mission is to develop our golf scholars to a standard whereby they can pursue careers in top amateur or professional golf. Join us in Bantry this July to celebrate the Atlantic Challenge - an international contest of seamanship that will see 320 crew members from 16 countries compete at rowing, sailing, navigation, rope work, dressage and safety in a colourful display of skill and teamwork. Join in with this fantastic event by taking part in the fantastic Atlantic Challenge Fringe Festival we have planned for you here in Bantry. Free events include a pirate festival, a food fair and lots of other fun activities for the whole family. The programme runs from 21st -29th July. Don't miss your chance to be part of it!
