O'Connor Park is a GAA stadium in Tullamore, County Offaly, Ireland. It is one of the principal grounds of the Offaly GAA Gaelic football and hurling teams. The ground was opened in 1934, and currently has a capacity of 20,000.The ground currently consists of a covered stand on one side of the pitch, with terracing on the other three. A stand was built in 1991, but replaced by the current structure in 2006. The stand (currently known as the 'New Stand' pending decision on a new name) was completed in 2006. It seats 7,000 people and also includes a press box and a special section for wheelchair users. Its 10 sections are each split horizontally with green, white and gold colour seats (the colours of Offaly GAA), with the words '' (the Irish for Offaly) spelt out across the stand's white section. At the same time as the stand was being constructed, improvements were also made in the terracing on the opposite side of the pitch, allowing it to comfortably hold 8,000 people. Plans are ongoing to further develop the ground and provide floodlights, improved dressing rooms, toilet facilities and a TV camera room on the terrace side of the ground.The ground is owned by Tullamore GAA club, but was leased out by the Offaly County Board for 35 years in 2002 for use in inter-county matches.See also List of Gaelic Athletic Association stadiums List of stadiums in Ireland by capacity

Swinford Tidy Town’s Committee was established in 2006, and has grown in strenght and numbers since then. We started off with 5 core volunteer’s, and today we have 18 dedicated committee members, all of whom are passionate about making Swinford an attractive and inviting town for locals and visitors alike.

Templemore and district anglers are a club that has a beautiful stretch of the river suir and has a beautiful lake just off the centre of the town..we cater for both the game angler ( wild brownies ) and the course angler with rudd, pike ,bream,tench and a healthy hybred stock in the town lake....day permits and licences may be got for both types from john walsh and sons main street ..or any committee member or by the club phone no 0862713243..and remember if you would like a round of pitch and putt its right beside the town lake ,the kids play ground is 2 minute walk from the lake and p&putt , there is also an athletic track , gaa grounds, church ruins and an old castle with acres of woodland that you can just ramble in and around if you wish to take a break from fishing

Ballincollig Rugby Football club is an active community of over 400 players and members based in the town of Ballincollig, in County Cork. Founded in 1978, our home games have been played at Tanner Park since the 1993 season. Ballincollig RFC clubhouse has a lively weekly entertainment schedule and events include Live Matches, Race Nights, Quiz Nights and Card Nights The clubhouse has a fantastic bar which opens onto a wooden deck and is ideal for those fine summer's evenings. Barbecues and live music are regularly held on weekends, where the food, drink and "craic" is always great. It can cater for over 100 people and has a large screen for those important matches. The clubhouse also has a large function room catering for up to 300 people and is available to hire for all occasions including kids birthdays, office parties, Anniversaries, 21st celebrations, residents meetings or any other excuse to get together.
