Book A Ball was established in 2010 as a means of helping clubs and societies in Universities and Colleges to book events such as an annual Ball. First of all, we meet with your society committee to discuss your requirements in detail. Once you've chosen your desired venue from one of our top hotel partners we will negotiate with this hotel in order to get you the best deal possible. All in all we endeavour to provide all the necessary elements that will make your event a night to remember for you and your colleagues.
We have a list of preferred venues and hotels in our portfolio that will suit your numbers, and ensure that you are guaranteed the best value, service and assistance, from the initial enquiry to the event date. We will work with you and liaise with the hotel from the negotiation stage of the contract to the event date.
