Treats to You

Treats to You

8 Thornbury, Delgany ,
My name is Naomi and I would like to welcome you to Treats to You. I am based in my home in Delgany. I have been baking for family and friends for a number of years and, after lots of people telling me I should take the next step, I have finally decided to make it my business. For me the most important thing about a cake is that it tastes good. Those few seconds of quiet when you pop a treat into your mouth and savour the flavours and little bit of happiness that it brings to the moment is what it is all about. So, how do I plan on bringing these moments of happiness to you? Well, you can check out my full range of products on my website, www.treatstoyou.ie, and order from there. Weekly specials will be posted here on my Facebook page and you can place on order through private message. Or, if there is something specific that you are looking for and cannot find it, then please do no hesitate to contact me directly. I am only too happy to have a chat and see what it is that you are looking for. I can deliver locally on Wednesday on Friday (Delgany, Greystones, Charlesland, Kilcoole, Bray). Delivery times can be arranged. Collecting from the premesis is also not a problem if this is more convenient for you. If you are placing a large order, for a party for example, flexible delivery times and days are available. On my webpage I have divided my menu into three sections: * Regular Treats Menu * Fun Occasions * A Bit More Grown Up Check out Facebook for weekly specials. Having a children's party, organising a family gathering, hosting a book club, having friends in for coffee, or just need to treat yourself, I hope you will find something that will suit your taste as well as your price range.

Ciara's Kitchen

Bellevue Hill, Delgany ,
I love Food, Eating and Cooking and aim to pass on this passion for food through my cooking demonstrations. In 2004 I trained at the world famous Ballymaloe Cooking School and since then have cheffed for Avoca and Brambles and taught at Cooks Academy. I have also gained experience at Chapter One and La Stampa. I cook at least 6 dishes during my demonstrations. There is plenty to eat and a bit of craic around the hob! Groups are kept small and you can come as an individual or with a group of between 6 and 8 people. You will go home with all the recipes, a full belly and more food knowledge than you came with! Prices are set competitively at €35 pp. Demos last approximately 2 ½ hours and usually begin at 7.30pm although other times can be arranged. Please send me a message if you would like more information. Thank you for ‘liking’ Ciara’s Kitchen.

The Delgany Grocer is an amazing new & unique fresh produce store in Delgany, Co. Wicklow. Our focus is on great quality at the right price and supporting our customers by providing recipes, nutritional information and cooking instructions. About Us: Jackie Spillane - Co-Owner, The Delgany Grocer I graduated from UCD in 1991 and moved to NYC for five years where I had my only conventional job in marketing and market research. After moving home in 1996, I joined forces with my sister Kelly and that was my first immersion in the artisan food world producing a range of jams, marmalades, and dessert sauces that we sold to the multiples. In 2000, we opened a farm shop on the grounds of Airfield, an urban farm in Dundrum. Our goal was to bring a 'slice of the Temple Bar Market' to south county Dublin. Since 2003, I have worked in farmers markets, festivals and events, including the very special Festival of World Cultures. My main contract was with Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and I started the Peoples Park market, followed by Marlay Park, and various other venues. I started to work on the Delgany project in December 2011, developing the concept of a good value alternative to the supermarkets, based on the vision of Stephen d'Alton, the man behind the project. We were delighted to open our doors in May 2013, supplying a variety of excellent local produce.
