My Chocolate Biscuit Cake is rich and dark topped with Belgian Chocolate and I also make Carrot Muffins and Chocolate Beetroot Muffins. All these recipes have been tried and tested on friends and family for years and I now supply local shops and cafés including Urbun in Cabinteely, Caviston's in Glasthule, Robbins in Cornelscourt and Thomas's and The Gables in Foxrock...I hope you'll enjoy my delicious cakes very soon!
