The company director, Tim Gunning, provides the company with over 30 years of experience across the ICT sector in hardware and software development and systems integration.
The Floradat EPOS system has been developed over the past 12 years with constant input from existing customers. The development path is driven by customers and their representative organisations. The system is currently used in over 30 retail garden centres in Ireland.
The system is flexible, cost-effective, robust and easy to use. State of the art hardware provides high speed POS processing and highest quality full colour labelling. The package includes on-site training, 12 months maintenance and support.
The system incorporates a number of modules; checkout, labelling, delivery processing, credit sales management, stock management, reporting and special offer interface. It also includes barcoded voucher processing, loyalty/debit card management, staff clock in/out and barcode label production. The system is Windows 7 64-bit compliant.
Alacarte Software Tailors have now released Bia-Pos, a touch screen extension to Floradat for use in the cafe/restaurant environment. Bia-Pos offers compact touch screen processing of all transactions. The EPOS system provided by Alacarte Software Tailors has also been deployed in the furniture and clothing sectors and is adaptable to suit any retail outlet in any sector.
