Monday 8.30-9.30pm: Circuits section of BOXERCISE, Main Hall, GAA Club, GRANGE
Wednesday 7-8pm: REBOUNDING, Grange Sports Complex, GRANGE
Saturday 10-11am: REBOUNDING, Grange Sports Complex, GRANGE

TOP TIPS!
- Must wear trainers - no Ugg boots, flipflops or ballet pumps please, for your own sake!
- Bring water
- Equipment is provided but bring your own if you prefer &/or a towel
- Arrive early if you can as you'll need to sign in & pay when you arrive
- You will need to complete a simple Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) prior to the start of your first class only, so please allow an extra 5 minutes for this, if possible
IF YOU HAVE ANY INJURIES, MEDICAL CONDITIONS, ARE ON MEDICATION OR YOU'RE PREGNANT, PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FIRST FOR ADVICE. A DOCTOR'S NOTE MAY BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ATTENDING YOUR FIRST CLASS. All classes are set to music & your instructor is REPs qualified Level 2 for all the above disciplines, currently completing REPs Level 3 (Register of Exercise Professionals Personal Training)
