As a Dietary Coach I work with individuals and groups to help them improve general health and wellbeing using dietary analysis tools, foods, lifestyle changes and basic over the counter supplements. My role is to encourage, motivate and support clients into making long-term lifestyle changes. Depending on the client's goals I may supply meal ideas, recipes, fact sheets and recommended reading to help educate each client whilst helping them set realistic goals and strategies to achieve these.
