I have experience working with groups and I have delivered Art Therapy Programmes, Cognitive Therapy Programmes and I give workshops in Creative Writing and Poetry Therapy.
I offer both short term and longer term support. The type of support needed will be decided with you after our initial consultation. I will listen to whatever you choose to say and I will always provide an empathetic response to your concerns.
