Fitness and Weight Loss has become a minefield in my opinion with the latest in the celebrity world being “The Juicing Dietâ€. I just don’t get it! Quick fixes, fad diets are not in my vocabulary. FORGET the no protein diet that doesn’t last, all the supplements in the world will not give you the long term lasting results that you crave.
