KBO Communications Ltd was established in 1999 after the deregulation of the telecoms industry in Ireland. We joined ESAT Telecom as a partner dealer in fixed landline and mobile phone business with ESAT Digifone.
In 2001 we began our partnership with Sky and became an authorised Sky Agent, which we still are today and we are now one of the largest independent retailers of Sky in Ireland.
We offer a complete solution to our partners, which starts from the sale through to the install, administration and after sales service and customer billing.
We consistently meet and exceed KPI’s in quality and financial targets set by our Partners.
Our Sales and Installation teams cover the 26 counties and we have Regional Offices in Donegal, Galway, Tralee, Limerick and Clonmel.
We use multiple routes to market including, Door to Door, Venue, Leaflets, Media / Press and our own Call Centre.
SkyHomes Ireland began operations in 2009 and KBO were selected as their Approved Sales and Technical Partner. We are currently rolling out their Shared Dish Program cabling over 50,000 apartments nationwide, using the latest Fiber Cabling Technology.
We are fully insured and we have a comprehensive Health and Safety Policy. All of our staff are Garda vetted and our sales and Installers receive continuous training.
We have recently been appointed approved Partners to ToowayDirect, delivering Satellite Broadband to the home and to Saorview, Irelands new Digital TV service.
