Letterkenny Festival
Having visited the "Northwest Garden Show" and the excellent Taste of Donegal we couldn't understand why our largest town in the county didn't have it's own celebration of local food, restaurants, hotels and lifestyle products.
Having picked the date, acquired the site, the task of building this great event has begun. To date we have over 75 exhibitors signed up with another 70-80 contemplating coming on board.
Our main attraction this year will be the famous 'Cookery School Live' with celebrity chef: Brian McDermott. We have the Hotel Clanree on board with a fully licensed bar and we are bringing back the famous 'Guinness & Oyster' fest for all to sample(if you dare!)
There will be live Jazz and Trad music throughout as we have timed the event to coincide with the Derry Jazz Festival.
On site will be a fun filled kidz zone with lots of activities to entertain everyone.
With over 20,000 sq. feet of marquees we have the event covered no matter what the weather.
There will be lots of food tasting and sampling as well as competitions running over the 4 days. This will sure to be the premier event of the year and one not to be missed.
