Kinsale Pilates Studio was founded by Trudy McGillicuddy and officially opened its doors in 2007. Our goal is to pass on our passion for Pilates in a professional, safe and comfortable environment. We understand that everybody's body is unique and in doing so maintain small group classes of 6 to 8 people. We offer a variety of matwork based classes to suit all ages and body types including, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, Back Care & Rehabilitation, Ante & Post Natal, Stability Ball, Props, Abfit and Elderly. For those who prefer a little closer attention one to one and "buddy" sessions are also available. Trudy has worked within the health industry for the past 20years and holds a Bachelor of Health Science. Having practised the Pilates method for the past 12years she is a highly experienced and motivated STOTT trained Instructor who looks forward to introducing the benefits of Pilates to you.

Floodlit All Weather Facility, Natural Grass Pitch, Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Community Garden & Amenity Area. All weather pitch and courts are available for club, coporate or individual hire. B
