The interconnections of breath, awareness , postures and core awareness in the viniyoga tradition gives it an inherent mindfullness quality rarely found in other schools of yoga. Camilla s in depth training over a 20 year period with some of the finest teachers of this tradition including Paul Harvey in Bristol and Drs.Martin Soder and Imogen Dalmann. Also years of study with Angela Farmer and Victor von Kooten , both masters of body mind yoga ,as well as years of meditation study and Alexander technique and shamanism put her in an ideal position to now give retreat on the very same land that has nourished her being for near 20 years.
