The Pieman
My products include shortcrust pies, some topped with a puff pastry lattice and every market I bring a batch of Pork and Chorizo Sausage Rolls.
My regular pies are:
-Leek, Mature Cheddar and Red Onion Marmalade
-Lamb and Rosemary
-Traditional Steak and Kidney
-Goats' Cheese with Mushroom, Pesto and Sundried Tomato
-Balsamic Roasted Beets with Sweet Potato, Walnut and Gorgonzola (I also do a version suitable for vegans )
-Venison and Prune in Port Gravy
This month's Pie of the Month is:
Rabbit with Lemon and Tarragon; a zesty and aromatic flavour for this light, white meat.
