Diet Matters is a private dietetic clinic managed and run by Andrea Ryan, registered Dietitian and member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute. Diet Matters main office is located in Ballymurphy, Co. Carlow, but serves the larger areas of Carlow/ Kilkenny and Wexford via a mobile dietetic service.
As a dietitian Andrea is fully qualified to provide tailored evidence based advice on: general healthy eating plans for all ages, weight management, digestive health, heart health, medical conditions, special diets and menu planning.
Diet Matters main aim is to educate individuals and groups on all aspects of health and nutrition in a confidential manner which is both practical and easy to understand.
