DB Cycles is a family owned bike shop business in Athlone run by locals Dermot and Anne Brennan. Dermot took over the reins from his late father Jimmy in 1994. Jimmy ran the business for over 25 years, prior to Dermot taking over. Dermot worked with his father since he was a young boy, often getting under his feet! He soon learned the business and worked with his father for many years including summer and Christmas holidays before Jimmy retired.
DB Cycles is one of the oldest and largest bike shops in Athlone and boasts a reputation for quality, professionalism and expertise.
We stock a wide variety of bikes including Children’s bikes, Mountain bikes, Stunt bikes and much more.

fter the birth of our first child, we found it very difficult to get precise and clear information on what baby products we would need. That’s why in 2004 we established Babyland.

We educate new parents on their car seat and we also assemble buggies if requested, so there is one less stress when you bring home your new baby.
