Along with Kettlebell training, Kettlebells Ashbourne holds TRX classes, Bootcamps, Circuit training (which includes Bulgarian Bags, Battleropes, Slam Balls, Running & Box Jumps), Nutritional advice and Men's Only Yoga. Barbell classes and pilates coming soon.
Aidan set up Kettlebells Ashbourne in May 2010 to promote fitness and wellbeing in Ashbourne and surrounding areas and has gone from an initial three clients to holding full classes six days a week.
