The Cork Gay Community Development Co. Ltd. focuses on 5 important service areas: 1. Education and Outreach: We offer a comprehensive education and outreach programme to secondary schools across the city and county. 2. Health and Sexual Health providing information, support and advice. 3. Social/Support Groups: we provide various social and support groups for all ages at The Other Place. In addition, we offer one-to-one confidential information and advice . 4. Youth services: twice weekly we run a youth group catering for young people 15 – 23 years old. 5. Community Development: we actively meet the needs of the LGBT community in Cork city and county liaising with a variety of agencies guided by community development principles. Dunboyne Castle Resident's Association represents the residents of Dunboyne Castle estate in Dunboyne, Co Meath.

Civil Defence is an organisation comprised of citizens who provide their services voluntarily. Members attend classes in many disciplines during the training period, which teach life saving skills in first aid, search and rescue, fire fighting, boating skills, radiation monitoring and radio communications.

M.A.D YT Provides ongoing professionally led weekly classes in Drama and Theatre skills . Our goals are to enable members to develop interpersonal skills such as confidence, social interaction, responsibility sharing, planning, decision making, team-work and problem solving. We aim to produce at least one production a year seeking out new and innovative performing arts opportunities. Giving audiences the opportunity to experience new, innovative and traditional performance practices.We ensure that the M.A.D Youth Theatre programme is accessible to all and all activities are set at the appropriate level for the participants We are serving the local community by remaining aware of local issues and community needs by developing a symbiotic relationship with local youth organisations and educational bodies.

Arklow Chess Club was Founded by Daniel Ferguson in 2009. The Chess club is on twice a week Mon 7pm-10pm and Thurs 7pm-10pm All are welcome to become members Membership fees are €15 for Adult and €10 for Youths per year. No Admission Contributions toward beverages are welcomed. Guardian must be present with youths.
