The 3 story building has a multi purpose main hall used for concerts, plays, fashion shows, sporting and dancing displays,town meetings, disco's and more. Our administration office is just inside the door. A spacious and welcoming foyer has a staircase to a first floor meeting/training room, which could also be used for parties etc. Our anchor tenant on the ground floor is Cope Foundation. With a lift to all floors the building is accessible for all mobility needs. First floor houses our managers office, staff kitchen, a computer room, a board room, rooms 8 and 9 can be used as a single unit or broken into two spacious meeting rooms for all occasions. With internet access throughout the use of the space is open to all needs. The top floor is about to become a Montessori school with all facilities including its own kitchen. And there is more!!!!!! The Green room looks great on paper and the structure is built. With the right funding it wont be long before this final area will be up and running. The whole building sits on its own vast grounds with an ample car park and further parking available nearby on request. As a structure it has it all.
