Ballybay Recreation Centre has now re-opened under knew management. David McGregor of Era-Fit Training is the new manager of the newly opened Leisure Centre. The centre has a long and successful history in the town of Ballybay and David would like to see its old success revitalised and bring back what was, one of the best indoor facilities in County Monaghan. The centre can cater for a number of sports, classes, programmes and activities. It is open every week day from 5pm until 10.pm and at the weekends from 10am to 4pm. Facilities Include: Full size basketball court, with 2 half courts. 3 x badminton courts Indoor soccer court 35m x 25m Full sized Volley ball court 100m x 50m Outdoor Gaelic Field *NEW* 15m x 15m Dance studio The centre has also got a new cardio gym section, free weight section and stretching room. Established in 1913. Located at Hilton Park, 2.5 miles from Clones. It is an all-weather open Parkland Course with many water features. Open all year around and renowned for the quality of its Greens. A particularly scenic course.
