Cyprien was born in the former family restaurant in Kenmare, Remy's House, and has a passion for flavour combinations. He pioneered the Organic Salmon Smoked with Seaweed & Oak, the new flagship product cut in beautiful long slices by hand, and the company is looking to experiment with a new Organic or Sustainable fish in 2014.
