International Criminal Court Summer School 2013
The ICC Summer School 2013 will take place from 17-21 June 2013 at the Irish Centre for Human Rights at NUI Galway
The ICC Summer School at the Irish Centre for Human Rights at NUI Galway is the premiere summer school on the International Criminal Court. The summer school consists of five days on intensive lectures given by leading specialists on the subject.
The summer school attended by legal professionals, academics and postgraduate students.
Participants are provided with a detailed working knowledge of the establishment of the Court, its applicable law, its structures and its operations. Lectures also speak to related issues in international criminal law, including: genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, the crime of aggression, universal jurisdiction, immunities, and the role of the victims.

The fee to attend the summer school is €450 and this includes all materials, lunches, a field trip on one of the days and the closing event.
