Classes are held every; Tues 8.00-9.00 in Burnfoot Community Centre . Sparring (Optional). Friday 7.00-8.00 in Burnfoot Community Centre. More classes coming and new gym opening soon. Our aim is to cater for all your needs whether that be fitness, weight loss, toning or competition. Classes are structured and taught in a friendly atmosphere, focusing on Full-Contact, Low-Kick and K1 styles. All levels welcome, including junior members.
