McGrath Project Management is a small company, owned and run by Conor McGrath. Conor graduated in Civil Engineering from UCD in 1997 and spent over 10 years working for a number of Project Managment Companies / Developers before setting up his own company. Initially McGrath Project Management was working principally for a number of developers, but is now seeking to provide its services to the general public - providing a wide range of services to clients looking to carry out any construction works. We specialise in providing the following services:- design of houses, extensions and renovations; pricing, budgeting and cost-control of projects; on-site project management for the duration of construction projects; preparation of planning applications and advice on any planning matters; snaglists and site surveys McGrath Project Management also has a sister company, iCon Garden Design that carries out Garden Design and Landscaping services, which often complements the services provided by McGrath Project Management.
