Join other new parents in a warm, relaxed, environment and learn how to massage your baby from a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) with Baby Massage Ireland. Baby massage can help relieve colic, gas, constipation, help improve your baby's sleep patterns, boost immunity, and relief from teething pain along with learning the massage techniques. Classes are suitable for babies with additional/special needs, full term or premature babies, ideal age 6 weeks to pre-crawlers. For you, it can help with relaxation and provide you with a deeper awareness of your baby's needs whilst strengthening the parental bond. Classes are kept small and run over 4 weeks. Along with learning the massage there is also plenty of time to have a nice cuppa and a chat. The cost of four weekly group sessions is €100 and three weekly individual sessions is €120 Classes include organic baby massage oils, course handouts and refreshments.
