Blackrock National Hurling Club was founded in 1883. It is the oldest and most successful hurling club in Cork. To date, The Rockies have won 32 Cork County Senior hurling Championships, 5 (pre-1970) All-Ireland Championships and 4 All-Ireland Club Championships. With a thriving underage section at the club, it is hoped that this illustrious history can be built upon. Text or email for more infomation A reasonable level of physical fitness is essential to good health. The Fit4Life programme is suitable for beginners through to regular runners. The emphasis is on meeting with people of a similar ability on a regular basis. You will be under the guidance of a qualified Fit4Life leader. Those leaders will set out a schedule suitable for your needs. The training nights will feature group runs, with each group composed of people with similar fitness levels. These groups will range in ability from complete beginners up to regular runners and they will each train at their appropriate level and abilities.

The Cork Sports Acrobatics club was formed in 1990 by Neil And Clare Sheehan by combining the senior members of the Togher Gymnastics club with senior gymnasts from of other clubs in Munster. The club was set up to cater for these gymnasts who wishes to excel at National and International levels. In the years that followed the members of "Cork Acro" excelled in standard and results. Our gymnasts had the distinction of being the first to accomplish many of the top moves to be performed in Ireland.

Founded in 2007, Ardmore Rangers is a 6 a side footballing outfit competing in various Astro-turf leagues and competitions in Cork.
