Da Panza is a family run Italian restaurant in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. Proprietor: Michele Panza from Sannicandro Garganico, Foggia (Province of Puglia). Gargano is known as the “spur” of Italy and Puglia "the heel" is of course famous for wine.
