What is CrossFit? CrossFit is a Strength & Conditioning program based around 'constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity'. We lift weights and swing kettlebells, we throw medicine balls and jump boxes, we climb ropes and push sleds, we run and we row. We learn new movements and skills each and every day. Technique comes first, then Consistency, then Intensity. This is the CrossFit way.
How is CrossFit different? In no other program will you be coached the skills of each of the best disciplines in Strength & Conditioning. No matter your background you will learn movement patterns and techniques ranging from Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Strongman events to Gymnastics and Kettlebell training. Mobility and Nutrition are also priorities within our program.
At CrossFit Strength & Performance our goal is to offer elite fitness and optimal health to everybody, through real strength & conditioning, proper nutritional strategies and a sense of community not found anywhere else.
