I am a Fitness Professional certified in Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning for Teams and a general Fitness Instructor who assesses clients' fitness needs and help them achieve their goals. As a Personal Trainer or Coach I will track and monitor each individuals progress. In addition to my fitness expertise, I am very skilled at motivating my clients to engage in healthy lifestyle practices.
Before devising an exercise program,I will conduct various types of health and wellness assessments. I take their clients' health history to determine past injuries, chronic conditions and medications that might affect a client's workout. Postural assessments can help identify muscular imbalances. All of these factors, as well as the client's health and fitness goals, help determine the type of workout I will devise.
I offer everything from as little as Healthy tips, Gym programs, Personal Training whether Outdoor, home or in the Gym, to also Team Sessions. All rates are of good value and quality.
