Precision Health and Performance was founded by Paul Keely BSc. in 2013. Paul holds an Honours Degree in Health and Physical Activity Science and is a fully Qualified personal trainer, is a keen weightlifter and rugby player with unique experience in training both athletes and individuals with health complications. Paul wasn't always fit and active, after being laid off from a very sedentary job, he was clinically obese at 19 st and could barley jog a few meters without taking a breather. However, through sheer determination he has risen from this low, regained his fitness and now aims to help others fulfill their true potential. Here's a short word from Paul "I've been there, done that, I know exactly what it's like to be embarrassed about your body, Sure when i started trying to get fit I used to only run when it was dark I was so embarrassed. This puts me in a unique position as a trainer and guide, I can put myself in clients shoes and know exactly what their going through. " Being a keen sportsman Paul also has a great interest in improving sports performance through laser focused programs designed with each athletes abilities and sport specific needs in mind. He caters for all sports but has a special interest in rugby and combat sports performance.
