We are a small family run bakery situated in Tramore. We sell a range of bread, home made of course as well as a gluten free bread. We have a selection of gluten free products and we can try adapt our recipes if need for a food intolerance. We also can do egg free, diabetic, and nut free cakes. If you are allergic to anything, drop in and our staff will work with you to find a cake you can eat! If Grandma doesn't recognise it, we don't use it! We don't use emulsifiers or preservatives in our cakes. This gives much better flavour. All our cakes are home made using quality ingredients such as non-hydrogenated fat, rape seed oil and free range eggs

Baking School teaching children and adults about all kinds of desserts, biscuits, breads and cakes and the art of decoration. Birthday parties....2 and a half hours of baking fun including the making of cupcakes, biscuits and the birthday cake....lots of party games after in our specially designed party room.
