Non Destructive Entry
Much of our work involves maintenance, repair, replace and upgrade of locks and locking mechanisms. That said, we always prioritise lockout situations. In these cases we try to get to you within one hour to get you in to your home or business, using 'Non Destructive Entry' techniques. This means that drilling or forcibly removing a lock is never our first approach. We will always try to open a lock leaving it intact and fully functional.
Destructive Entry techniques are only used as a last resort or in situations where time is of the essence. We have specialised equipment to quickly extract the lock cylinder (barrel) from the door. This renders the lock-cylinder useless but causes no damage to the door (including the multipoint locking mechanism), door-handles or escutcheons. We carry a full range of cylinder sizes and can provide a replacement lock there and then to secure your home or business.
